As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the adoption of vital medical technologies by collaborating directly with healthcare providers. Working across West Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens, you will support Territory Managers by engaging physicians, nurses, and administrative staff in clinical settings to promote proper patient identification, streamline ordering processes, and enhance utilization of ZOLL’s LifeVest and CDx solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one and group discussions with physicians and clinical teams to support device adoption
- Train and empower support staff to recognize at-risk patients and advocate for appropriate interventions
- Guide prescribing providers in enrolling patients and using the ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM) system effectively
- Support consistent sales performance by maintaining active accounts and assisting with reorders
- Deliver training on proper medical order documentation to reduce processing delays
- Collect and verify documentation for new and recurring medical orders
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibits, and in-service meetings
- Monitor territory trends and report insights to management
- Step in during absences to ensure continuity of field operations
- Develop deep expertise in both ZOLL and competitive products to support informed discussions
- Apply structured selling methodologies, including Integrity and GAP Model techniques
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution
- Option 1: At least one year of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Option 2: Minimum of two years of field-based clinical support experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
- Option 3: Two or more years of clinical experience in cardiology within a multispecialty hospital setting
- Option 4: Three years as a Junior Military Officer with leadership responsibilities in project or account management
- Valid state driver’s license required

Work Mode

Compensation
Annual target compensation of $95,000, composed of a $70,000 base salary and performance-based commission under the company’s sales incentive plan.
