Laborie is hiring an Associate Territory Manager (Washington DC)

Laborie is looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Urology Sales team in Washington DC. As a key member of the team, you will partner with sales colleagues to support a positive customer experience and maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory. You will lead sales activities within a pre-determined subset of accounts.

What You'll Do

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line to effectively assist customers.
• Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
• Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
• Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
• 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results-orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast paced, sales-driven environment.
