Laborie was looking for an Associate Territory Manager (Oklahoma City)

We are hiring an Associate Territory Manager in Oklahoma City to join our Urology Sales team. In this role, you will lead sales activities within a defined subset of accounts to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Develop competency with the Urology product portfolio and familiarize yourself with the full Laborie product line.
  • Build sales skills and handle territory management duties, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure proper product function and provide training support.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within the medical device sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
