Laborie is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for our Urology Sales team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the team to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. You will lead sales activities within a pre-determined subset of accounts, focusing on ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to our mission of safeguarding human dignity through healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
- Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line to effectively assist customers.
- Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
- Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
- 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings.
- Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
