Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-level technical support to executives, senior leaders, and VIPs.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, and collaboration tools.
- Support technology needs for executives working in offices, remotely, or while traveling.
- Set up, configure, and maintain executive devices such as laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and connected peripherals.
- Ensure uninterrupted and secure access to enterprise systems, networks, and collaboration platforms.
- Install, configure, and manage Windows and macOS workstations, mobile devices, and associated technologies.
- Perform device imaging, provisioning, software updates, and lifecycle management tasks.
- Manage endpoint settings, security patches, and compliance policies according to organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot operating system errors, productivity applications, video conferencing tools, and enterprise software.
- Provide on-site or remote support during executive and board meetings, as well as high-profile events.
- Prepare conference rooms and audio-visual systems to ensure smooth and professional presentations.
- Address live technical problems during meetings with minimal disruption.
- Coordinate with events and AV teams to support technology requirements for executive functions.
