ABOUT THE ENGINEERING TEAM
The engineering division manages comprehensive technological infrastructure serving employees, consumers, and enterprise clients. We build software, integrate third-party products, and collaborate across product management and design to define strategic roadmaps.
Our Partner Support Team plays a critical role, working across engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing escalations and maximizing product development time.
This position is remote-eligible within the United States.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer II, you'll serve as the primary support interface, collaborating with product engineers, managers, and experience teams to diagnose and resolve digital life insurance product complexities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with internal/external engineers to implement bug fixes
- Guiding engineering teams through partner limitation understanding
- Monitoring service performance to maintain optimal partner experiences
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Customer-centric team player passionate about problem-solving
- Full-stack development experience (Python, Go, TypeScript preferred)
- 6+ months professional SQL querying and debugging expertise
- Proficiency with logging systems and tools
- Exceptional communication skills across technical spectrums
- Ticketing system experience
- Technology enthusiasm and adaptability
- Atlassian suite familiarity preferred
- Insurance sector experience advantageous
- API and event-driven system background a plus
