Jerry.ai is hiring an Associate, Talent Operations to be a critical member of our rapidly growing team, directly influencing how we support our people. You will enable the company's growth trajectory by supporting the employee lifecycle and fostering a strong company culture.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end experience for all employees, from onboarding new hires to managing employee transitions.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events, such as offsites and in-person or virtual events, and other culture-building initiatives.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, including company-wide newsletters and periodic updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and records, while handling administrative tasks like I-9 verification, benefit administration, and employment verification letters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows, leveraging AI and other tools to automate backend processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
