Responsibilities
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
- Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from ServiceNow best practice
- Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
- Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of our HR business.
- Learn and understand new ServiceNow functionalities.
- Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with deliverables.
- Participating in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests
- Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience OR a master’s degree in a related education field.
- Hands-On experience building or maintaining ServiceNow catalogs, administering the platform, or optimizing workflows to support business processes.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.
Nice to Have
- Configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience working in an Agile Framework strongly preferred.
- Technical requirement gathering experience.
