About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and strategies for workplace environments.

- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet client needs, budget, and project timelines.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposals and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including design reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and furniture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Provide input on project budgets and cost estimates.
- Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and proposals.
- Participate in design workshops and charrettes.
- Provide design support during construction and installation phases.
- Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess design effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase completed projects.
- Assist in the development of design templates and libraries.
