About the Role

CVS Health is looking for an Associate Recovery Savings Specialist to join our Recovery and Allocation department. This is an entry-level, fully remote position where you'll handle a variety of day-to-day tasks supporting the team's operations. Your work will vary based on incoming volume, providing a dynamic and foundational experience within our healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

  • Assist managers and staff by forwarding or returning large volumes of checks.
  • Contact providers via phone to gather check information.
  • Enter and maintain data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare daily reports for management and staff.
  • Research and respond to correspondence.
  • Research Medicaid checks and send them to the correct lockbox.
  • Research unidentified checks and route them to the appropriate area for handling.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
