CVS Health is looking for an Associate Recovery Savings Specialist to join our Recovery and Allocation department. This is an entry-level, fully remote position where you'll handle a variety of day-to-day tasks supporting the team's operations. Your work will vary based on incoming volume, providing a dynamic and foundational experience within our healthcare organization.
What You'll Do
- Assist managers and staff by forwarding or returning large volumes of checks.
- Contact providers via phone to gather check information.
- Enter and maintain data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily reports for management and staff.
- Research and respond to correspondence.
- Research Medicaid checks and send them to the correct lockbox.
- Research unidentified checks and route them to the appropriate area for handling.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong data entry skills.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
