Pearl Talent is hiring an Associate Project Manager (Operations Strategist & Analytics) to lead virtual teams and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, oversee independent contractors, and use analytics to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead virtual teams across multiple projects to achieve quality, throughput, and performance targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a virtual team of independent contractors (ICs), providing guidance and feedback.
- Analyze project and performance data to inform operational decisions, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying areas for improvement and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Maintain timely reporting, status updates, and insights for managers and clients to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to project guidelines across all assignments.
- Execute day-to-day quality processes for all assigned programs and projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, adapting to evolving needs and expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, ICs, and management to ensure seamless execution of multiple projects.
- Take initiative to suggest process enhancements and performance optimizations across projects.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project management, virtual team leadership, or operations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and remote teams or independent contractors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret project and performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar collaboration tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital project management, search evaluation, social media, or ecommerce projects.
- Familiarity with business analysis, KPI tracking, and data extraction.
- Experience with workflow optimization or project management software (Asana, Trello).
- Previous exposure to client relationship management or content moderation projects.
