Sperasoft is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage project teams or sub-teams, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering a product of the required quality. This role involves analyzing project requirements, managing communications, and supporting team growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans, assess risks, and propose mitigations
- Ensure that the project meets deadlines and delivers a product of the required quality
- Manage project teams or sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc.)
- Identify and clarify team goals and ensure expectations are aligned between stakeholders
- Assign and manage team tasks and manage team capacity
- Manage communications within the team and between the team, company departments, and clients
- Conduct team meetings and provide various reports
- Track individual performance
- Support team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans
- Conduct project interviews and contribute to the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with external clients: ability to establish a collaborative relationship and a high level of trust
- Ability to efficiently manage teams of 5+ people
- Ability to recognize priorities, work on tasks under time pressure, and complete them on time
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a result-oriented approach
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Experience in GameDev projects is a plus
