Medtronic is hiring an Associate Product Support Specialist - Hungarian Speaker

About the Role

Medtronic is looking for an Associate Product Support Specialist - Hungarian Speaker to join our International Patient Service team in Prague. You’ll provide product-oriented support, troubleshooting, and technical services for customers using our diabetes medical devices, offering personalized patient education and helping them manage their condition.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email concerning product operation, troubleshooting, specifications, warranty, and accessories.
  • Provide patients with ongoing personalized support and education to help them manage their diabetes.
  • Concisely and accurately document customer feedback and troubleshooting completed during calls.
  • Identify trends affecting products and provide feedback to appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate return flow for all products for quality analysis.
  • Follow up on and monitor product complaint resolution back to the customer.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and support, closely cooperating with Medtronic Diabetes business, marketing, and other departments.
  • Participate in outbound calling under supervision for therapy adherence reviews or educational purposes.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Hungarian speaker.
  • Fluency or advanced English language skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols.
  • Ability to present information clearly and timely to customers experiencing medical emergencies.
  • High sense of empathy, patience, responsibility, accountability, and reliability.
  • Ability to handle multiple or complex tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer service position.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a telephone, technical troubleshooting, or helpdesk role.
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Czech, Slovak, or Romanian.
