  • Communicate effectively with customers using clear and professional language

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Track and monitor case resolution timelines
  • Provide feedback on recurring product issues
  • Support multilingual customers with a focus on Hungarian speakers
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies
  • Work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays if required
  • Use case management software to log and manage support tickets
  • Assist in translating technical content when needed
