Provide expert-level support to clients using the Engagement platform, primarily through live chat and other direct communication channels. You’ll troubleshoot technical challenges, clarify product functionality, and guide users through creating reports, audience segments, and marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries about platform features, integrations with Shopify, Google BigQuery, and push notifications, as well as broader marketing topics like email workflows
- Diagnose technical issues, guide users through resolution steps, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Support fellow consultants by sharing insights on advanced use cases and platform behavior
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive improvements based on client feedback
- Work rotating shifts covering either US hours (day or night) or EMEA business hours, depending on team needs
What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Ability to analyze problems systematically and deliver clear solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in support or marketing environments
- Curiosity about data analytics and digital marketing technologies
Preferred candidates will have exposure to SaaS platforms, basic programming logic, and an understanding of how frontend and backend systems interact through network requests.

This role supports remote work from Czechia or Slovakia, with optional access to office spaces in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
