Ideal for early-career professionals with strong communication, analytical thinking, and product development passion. You'll bridge merchants, customers, and internal teams, translating needs into meaningful product improvements. You'll collaborate with skilled product, engineering, and operations professionals, gaining mentorship and accelerated career development. Your role involves working closely with inbound operations, development teams, and stakeholders to enhance inbound capabilities, driving efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional merchant experiences.
