Arc'teryx is looking for an Associate Product Line Manager to support the creation of profitable global product line assortments within an assigned category. You will help achieve company goals, meet consumer needs, and bring innovative solutions to market.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of the product line strategy for assigned product categories and classes.
- Contribute to the creation of product briefs that align with category strategy, seasonal storytelling, and brand vision.
- Contribute to the cross-functional product creation process from concept to guest.
- Support achieving and maintaining key product KPIs, design and production costs relative to market and guest value.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management for each model from development to commercialization to retirement.
- Contribute to seasonal selling plans and support overall strategies for product lines.
- Support research and analysis of the global marketplace to identify consumer and market insights.
- Support preparation of product presentations for key calendar touchpoints for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to Go-To-Market product knowledge and support creation of selling tools and product information.
- Uphold Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in outdoor retail or customer service, merchandising, product development, wholesale, and/or retail buying.
- Strong knowledge of sell through, calculating cost of goods, and the open to buy process.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, solution-oriented, able to facilitate work across many internal departments.
- Strong understanding of the active apparel market within the outdoor industry and key outdoor activities.
- Excellent understanding of the design and development process.
- Excellent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willing and able to travel as required for trade shows, presentations, and events.
- Proactive in identifying root cause of issues and developing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Product Line Management (PLM) team, working closely with Design, Product Creation Development, Costing, Sourcing, and Merchant teams. You will report to a Senior Product Line Manager.
