Our Private Equity Fund Services team is seeking to add an Associate to support fund accounting and investor services operations. Why Join Us - Opportunity to build a career within private equity fund services - Exposure to fund accounting, investor relations, and financial operations - Continuous learning and professional development opportunities - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities - Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting activities - Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval - Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements - Prepare capital calls and distribution calculations for management review - Coordinate the delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors - Prepare and review correspondence with investors to address inquiries as needed - Manage and maintain client investor portals - Coordinate and complete special projects assigned by management - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required - Work Pacific Time Zone (PST) business hours
