Jerry.ai is looking for an Associate, People & Culture to support the full employee lifecycle and drive culture initiatives at our fast-growing startup. You will directly influence how we support our people and enable company growth as we work on our mission: helping over 90% of Americans reduce financial stress and gain control over their most important assets.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding new hires to managing employee transitions.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (e.g., offsites, in-person and virtual events) and other culture-building initiatives.
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as company-wide newsletters and periodic company updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefit administration, and employment verification letters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows, leveraging AI and other tools to automate backend processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or a related field.
- Passionate about people and making a real impact.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and live.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Ability to support multiple projects and teams while balancing excellence and speed.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Resourceful, creative, and takes initiative to get things done well the first time.
- Mature, professional, and can handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Experience ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
