Ensemble Health Partners is hiring an Associate Partner, Practice Optimization to advise clinic operators and leaders on maximizing revenue cycle performance. You will provide consultative insights and recommendations for physician practice activities across areas like Registration, Scheduling, and Pre-Authorizations.
What You'll Do
- Assess and examine client revenue cycle processes from the first patient phone call through charge submission and reconciliation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Independently research to formulate solutions to complex challenges.
- Create educational content from analysis and instruct practice staff.
- Work alongside Pre-Access teams on acute issues like referrals and pre-authorizations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other revenue cycle teams to resolve issues and deliver personalized service.
- Lead teams and meetings professionally while building strong relationships.
- Engage and cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- CRCR certification, required within 9 months of hire (company paid).
Nice to Have
- Clear understanding of revenue cycle operations in a physician practice.
- Ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis and identify efficient solutions.
- Experience manipulating and preparing data for analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Executive Presence for client leadership.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
- Ability to adjust quickly and seamlessly to abrupt change.
- Ability to travel when needed.
