Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance on results measurement and payment triggers
- Support capacity building for local partners and institutions
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across public, private, and nonprofit sectors
- Oversee financial modeling for outcome payments and risk allocation
- Lead proposal development for new project opportunities
- Maintain compliance with donor and regulatory requirements
- Report regularly on program performance and lessons learned
- Contribute to thought leadership in the field of impact financing
- Support knowledge sharing across regional and global teams
