About the Role
This role supports the development and implementation of media plans that advance client objectives through strategic placement and performance analysis across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building media plans aligned with campaign goals
- Conduct research on audience demographics and media consumption trends
- Support the selection of digital channels for ad placement
- Analyze performance data to assess campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to optimize media strategies
- Prepare reports summarizing media performance metrics
- Track media spending against budget allocations
- Monitor ad placements for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and partners on media delivery
- Gather insights from analytics platforms to inform planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising tools
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions
- Update media schedules and timelines as needed
- Contribute to audience targeting recommendations
- Support the creation of media proposals and presentations
- Ensure consistency between creative content and media placement
- Identify opportunities for media efficiency and reach expansion
- Stay current with industry developments and platform updates
- Assist in forecasting reach and impressions for proposed plans
- Help manage digital ad trafficking and campaign setup
- Verify reporting data from third-party sources
- Use data visualization tools to present findings
- Support A/B testing of ad placements and formats
- Contribute to post-campaign evaluation summaries
- Maintain organized documentation of media activities
Nice to Have
- Experience with media planning software such as MediaOcean or Kantar
- Exposure to nonprofit or advocacy campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
