Responsibilities
- Help design and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning digital platforms, email campaigns, paid search, web content, and field sales materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as medical affairs, regulatory, legal, sales, and outside agencies to align marketing efforts
- Oversee campaign schedules, budget allocations, and delivery of marketing assets
- Partner with IT and external agencies to ensure correct and compliant implementation of technical components including redirects, QR codes, inbound and outbound links, and data collection systems
- Support updates to website content and assist in building campaign-specific landing pages with internal or agency-based web teams
- Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
- Ensure all promotional materials adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the planning of conferences, events, and promotional collateral as required
- Support third-party agency efforts in search engine marketing, including keyword research, bid strategy input, beta testing, and campaign flighting recommendations
- Work with web teams to develop and maintain landing pages
- Provide input on fundamental website structure and user navigation design
- Assist in implementing tagging and tracking solutions for performance measurement
- Apply foundational SEO principles to content, including metadata optimization, keyword integration, and on-page layout
- Review website analytics to assess performance using available digital tools
- Lead project coordination for CRM email creation and deployment in collaboration with external agencies
- Demonstrate understanding of core HTML email functionality and performance tracking
- Offer solutions and resolve technical issues related to email campaigns
- Maintain awareness of email list management practices, unsubscribe processes, and CAN-SPAM Act compliance
- Support A/B testing and initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates
