Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and technical assistance and education to medical professionals on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems and all Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products.
- Instruct physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects related to Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products and associated procedures.
- Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products and related procedures.
- Support and align with national, regional, and territory sales goals to meet or surpass sales targets for all Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to generate additional business opportunities.
- Partner with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales leads.
- Work with the local sales team to plan and execute customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products.
- Maintain open communication with regional sales and clinical teams.
- Act as a representative for Cardiac Arrhythmia Solutions products, services, and support to physicians and support staff.
- Share expertise and influence others to become proficient in mapping technology as a regional advocate.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy, with a clean driving record.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical field with at least 4 years of experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Completion of a Cardiac Prep program such as ATI and PrepMD.
- Proven success in technical training roles.
- Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support.
