Medtronic is looking for an Associate Mapping Specialist, CAS to support our cardiac and electrophysiological mapping solutions. In this role, you will provide vital clinical and technical expertise to drive product adoption and support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Or, an Associate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Or, a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
Nice to Have
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years work experience in a cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Graduation from a Cardiac Prep program such as ATI or PrepMD.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, physicians, innovators, Account Managers, Regional Managers, Area Directors, and sales and clinical teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
Work Mode
This position operates in a local-country mode, requiring travel within an assigned territory.
