IQVIA is hiring an Associate Manager, Inside Sales. This role sits in the Patient Support Services (PSS) Center of Excellence, where you will strategically align IQVIA’s PSS solutions to address pharmaceutical clients' barriers related to access, affordability, adherence, and awareness.
What You'll Do
- Sell PSS solutions to pharmaceutical clients, including access, hub, copay, adherence, and affordability solutions.
- Achieve growth and revenue targets for assigned PSS offerings through partnership with sales or account management teams.
- Call new business prospects and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Collaborate with the broader account team to target and validate opportunities for assigned customers and territories.
- Assist in developing and coordinating client proposals that position IQVIA PSS capabilities and solutions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical clients' business, challenges, and strategy.
- Support the sales team with change order creation, process management, and other administrative tasks.
- Cross-share information with the Commercial Enablement team and support strategic proposals and presentations.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales and revenue reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Track and report on assigned marketing programs.
- Continually develop and update your knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, IQVIA offerings, and the nominated client base.
- May manage smaller accounts to potentially lead to future growth.
- Monitor delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
- Contribute to account planning strategy as it relates to your assigned product or service area.
- May prepare internal and external sales presentations.
- Build and/or procure resources for sales and ensure understanding and enablement of these resources.
- Inform Product and Marketing teams via business unit voice of customer/client.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in the same country where the job is located.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant sales, inside sales, or account management experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Role is US remote/home based and requires work hours follow the Eastern/Central Time zones.
- Strong virtual (phone, remote) presence and experience.
- Ability to articulate a customer’s issue by offering the best IQVIA solution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts.
- Proactive and accountable with the aim to always drive positive client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, target driven to succeed with a passion for sales.
- Experience building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
Team & Environment
Sits in the Patient Support Services (PSS) Center of Excellence. Partners with sales or account management team, broader account team, and Commercial Enablement team. Reports to the Head of Sales.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annualized base pay range: $53,700.00 - $134,200.00.
