Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager, Events & Experiences to lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and employee engagement events. In this remote role, you will manage the event planning process, budgets, and logistics in coordination with cross-functional teams to support divisional strategy.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage processes for onsite employee and customer events, setting clear goals to deliver experiences aligned with divisional strategy.
- Manage the customer and guest tour process, including scheduling guides, tracking attendees, creating training, and updating materials.
- Manage employee inclusion council engagements in coordination with onsite and offsite counterparts.
- Manage budget and spend for specific programs to achieve desired engagement outcomes.
- Oversee the event planning process and facilitate information sharing between event leads and internal Stryker teams such as Facilities, IS, and Security.
- Execute executive leadership town halls, meetings, and manage all associated logistics.
- Manage and execute sales engagement meetings and touchpoints, including sales councils, NASM, mid-year sales meetings, and incentive trips.
- Work with leaders to ensure program goals meet executive expectations prior to execution.
- Establish relationships with immediate team, onsite vendors, and internal customers for collaborative planning and implementation.
- Establish communication plans and processes in partnership with the Strategic Communications team, ensuring execution at divisional and site levels.
- Serve as a member of the Ortho Tech events team, flexing to support programs as needed.
- Manage program effectiveness by establishing frameworks to measure impact and providing regular updates to leadership on performance and budget.
- Keep current with internal and external employee engagement trends to foster high attendee engagement.
- Act in the best interest of Stryker, reflecting values of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, or an additional 6 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years of professional work experience.
Nice to Have
- Event planning or hospitality experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- People leadership experience.

- Salary: $89,300 - $193,400
