CVS Health is looking for an Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to lead the implementation of healthcare management services for the Aetna DSNP program. In this role, you will support our mission to provide connected, convenient, and compassionate care to dual eligible populations.
What You'll Do
- Implement clinical policies and procedures in line with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Mentor the team as a content expert on practice standards, quality, and critical thinking.
- Ensure the monitoring and implementation of best practices to address member needs across the care continuum.
- Manage resources responsible for member identification, care plan development, and quality of care monitoring.
- Evaluate data to identify areas for improvement and focus interventions to improve outcomes.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate performance expectations for the team.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and the assessment of developmental needs for staff.
- Establish a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and continuum of care thinking.
- Communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff, and other Leaders.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures at the employee level.
What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in your state of residence.
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical area of expertise.
- Confidence working independently from home, using virtual tools to collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work MST or PST business hours to support markets in NV and UT.
- An Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required).
Nice to Have
- Managed Medicare experience.
- Previous management experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Field.
