Denova Collaborative Health is hiring an Associate Licensed Clinical Therapist to deliver essential diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to individuals facing mental and emotional challenges. You will work within our collaborative model, which promotes a 'whole person' approach to health alongside a team of primary care providers and specialists.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with ethical codes and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge is crucial.
- Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan.
- Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments, modifying the service plan as necessary.
- Participate in individual & group supervision meeting standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Maintain client records.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Current or pending Arizona license (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, Psy.D).
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- A valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
- A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
- Ability to work within an EMR system.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Advance MD EMR system.
