Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Adjust’s partners worldwide.
- Support partners in integrating with Adjust’s systems and help them maintain and optimize their technical setup over time.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance from initial onboarding to regular updates to ensure seamless and up-to-date integrations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios using internal tools and close collaboration with the engineering team.
- Perform technical evaluations and reviews, identifying potential risks, gaps, or inconsistencies across partner integrations.
- Offer guidance on fraud-related technical inquiries, ensuring partners understand best practices in combating mobile ad fraud.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux, Terminal and Bash commands
- Hands-on skills of large data analysis, such as bash, shell, SQL, python, perl, R, etc
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, high attention to details, interest in complex statistics and math based problems in large data sets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Curiosity and deep interest in mobile advertising industry and anti-fraud methodology
- Fluent Mandarin and good level of English communication is required
Nice to Have
- Experience in developing code, Golang is a plus
