Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in consulting, research, program management, data analytics or visualization, or social impact and development sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated analytical reasoning and data fluency, with a quick aptitude for mastering new technical tools
- Experience creating dashboards, conducting structured analysis, and communicating insights using both conventional and AI-powered methods
- Effective written and spoken communication abilities
- High level of precision and capability to handle several responsibilities concurrently
- Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic and uncertain work setting
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Python or R for conducting data analysis tasks
- Prior involvement in impact initiatives, the development sector, or research and evaluation projects
- Experience or ease with AI-based tools and modern workflows, including AI agents, is advantageous
