Responsibilities

  • Manages daily client communication tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and summaries, and maintaining project timelines and reports.
  • Contributes to campaign planning by conducting industry research and offering creative input during team sessions.
  • Assists in building and implementing strategic initiatives such as executive visibility and integrated communications strategies tied to corporate news and product launches.
  • Helps execute media relations activities, including developing media lists, crafting pitches, writing press releases, and producing content.
  • Tracks media trends and landscapes to identify storytelling opportunities.
  • Develops and sustains relationships with key journalists and influencers in the financial services sector.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of client businesses, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic suggestions.
  • Uses proprietary AI tools to analyze client environments and anticipate future needs.
  • Produces media monitoring and coverage reports using listening and measurement platforms to guide strategy improvements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in reputation, public affairs, digital, crisis management, and analytics to deliver cohesive client solutions.

$52,000 USD – $55,000 USD
