Responsibilities
- Evaluate revenue trends, product usage patterns, customer behavior, and monetization potential across diverse product offerings.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to uncover growth areas and focus on initiatives with the highest business impact.
- Create business justifications, growth strategies, and strategic guidance to enhance revenue and product uptake.
- Lead planning cycles and monitor progress toward core business goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, customer base, and key revenue drivers.
- Discover and assess opportunities in new revenue models, product adoption, and customer expansion.
- Partner closely with Product teams to define and implement strategic projects that generate measurable outcomes.
- Ensure alignment across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership on shared objectives.
- Promote clear ownership, accountability, and effective execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to support decision-making across departments.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Define operational cadences, performance indicators, and tracking systems to measure success.
- Track results, detect potential risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Continuously refine processes related to planning, prioritization, and execution for greater efficiency.
