Biogen is hiring an Associate Director - Neuropsychiatry Payer Marketing to lead the development, evolution, and execution of payer marketing strategies. In this role, you will drive efforts to secure, maintain, and optimize market access for a novel therapy for Major Depressive Disorder and Post-partum Depression. You'll be instrumental in navigating a complex payer landscape to support patient access.

What You'll Do

• Partner effectively with a commercial collaboration partner to drive the development and coordination of market access strategies across commercial and government payers.
• Proactively identify new access strategies, opportunities, and tactics to challenge thinking and drive access for a novel treatment in an established market.
• Identify the need for payer market research and advisory boards, partnering closely with Business Insights & Analytics on execution.
• Develop and deliver appropriate pre- and post-launch payer resources.
• Drive engagement with U.S. and Global HEOR teams to combine evidence generation efforts with proactive value proposition messaging.
• Collaborate with HCP and consumer marketing teams to develop and execute access and affordability messages in promotional materials.
• Partner closely with Business Insights & Analytics, HCP Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and Neuropsych Franchise leadership to monitor initiative progress and adjust execution plans.

What We're Looking For

• BA, BS or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharma industry experience, including direct responsibility for payer marketing activities.
• Demonstrated understanding of payer market dynamics related to commercialization, pricing, specialty distribution, and overall access for branded oral prescription medicines.
• Experience in developing tools and tactics applicable to US payer markets and customers.
• Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and urgency for defined areas of responsibility.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive projects forward to meet budgets and timelines.
• Ability to communicate tactical direction and related concepts clearly, orally and in writing, across internal and external audiences.
• Heightened ability to collaborate, influence, and work with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results.
• Experience managing multiple demands and priorities on time and under business constraints.

Nice to Have

• MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Previous Psychiatry or Neuropsychiatry payer and channel marketing experience is preferred.

• Compensation: $161,000.00 - $222,000.00
