Rocketship Public Schools is hiring an Associate Director, Finance – Grants & Compliance. This role is a key member of the Finance and Accounting network support team, responsible for managing grant-related financial activities and ensuring organizational compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial management and reporting for grants and restricted funding
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial data for grant proposals, budgets, and audits
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure grant funds are used effectively and in accordance with regulations
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in non-profit finance and grant management
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in non-profit finance, specifically with grant management and compliance
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls for restricted funding
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for audit preparation and regulatory adherence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, network-support team environment

This is a fully remote position, operating on a global schedule as part of the Rocketship Public Schools network support team.
