Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking an Associate Director, EEDI Learning to drive our leadership development and diversity agenda. Reporting to the Director, EEDI Education & Leadership Development, you will be responsible for designing best-in-class learning programs and facilitating sessions for a wide range of employees.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with multiple internal and external partners across the enterprise to ensure programming aligns with organizational goals
  • Build trust and rapport with partners to maximize outcomes from cross-functional work
  • Advise people leaders, HR, councils, and ERGs on best practices to ensure fair and equitable employee experiences
  • Partner with global learning and development leaders to align and support enterprise initiatives
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and communication plans for programs
  • Identify and evaluate external training resources and vendors
  • Track key program metrics, monitor learner engagement, and implement interventions as needed
  • Analyze data and feedback to inform program development
  • Provide coaching to leaders on individual development plans
  • Maintain an understanding of leadership development trends and continuously improve programs
  • Advocate for EEDI within the organization and champion AbbVie’s principle of Embracing Diversity and Inclusion
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment, including sensitivity to confidential information and cultural awareness

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant experience
  • Demonstrated superior knowledge of the diversity agenda and best practices
  • Solid understanding of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
  • Commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing larger-scale global programs and projects
  • High organization and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze patterns in data to create proactive solutions
  • Ability to process large amounts of data into concise reports
  • Highly developed analytical skills to understand complex data and provide insights
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior management
  • Ability to deal effectively with difficult situations, negotiate persuasively, and convey ideas clearly
  • Ability to work and thrive in a changing business environment

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, or Human Resources preferred
  • Demonstrated experience operating within a large, complex, matrixed organization is preferred
