Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of capture strategies for Mission Simulation & Training initiatives to expand market presence and grow the Warfighter Systems portfolio
- Discover and evaluate new business prospects within the Department of War and other government entities, including domestic and international opportunities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Mission Simulation & Training deals, from initial identification through qualification and final closure
- Perform in-depth market analysis in the simulation and training sector, uncover potential collaboration avenues, and adapt market entry strategies based on findings
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and mission operations to shape new opportunities, address challenges, and guide strategic program direction
