Omelet, an award-winning independent creative agency, is looking for an Associate Creative Director - Copywriter. In this entrepreneurial and collaborative role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, content, and communication ideas across multiple platforms and formats.
What You'll Do
- Partner with creative leadership to tell powerful stories in a variety of formats.
- Develop multiple campaigns across a variety of platforms.
- Concept and execute on digital, social, broadcast, and OOH content.
- Interpret a creative brief independently and with curiosity.
- Amend and redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from creative director and/or client.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of relevant experience, specifically with copy and scripts for digital and social media.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative group to conceptualize, brainstorm, and deliver on new ideas.
- Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and guide more junior creatives.
- Production and post-production experience including but not limited to social, digital, film or experiential.
- Comfortable and experienced in leveraging AI tools (including LLMs, image, video & music generations).
- Social media and internet obsessed - can spot and understand trends, participate or observe most platforms and have a digital-first mindset.
- Comfortable writing in multiple styles and for various formats and channels.
- Ability to deliver “on-brand” copy and concept, and experience supporting a brand long term.
- Ability to clearly articulate and sell your ideas with conviction and reason to your internal team and clients.
