Responsibilities

  • Acts as a core contributor on teams managing high-visibility corporate challenges, including cybersecurity incidents, product recalls, natural disasters, leadership transitions, and initial public offerings.
  • Assists in creating communications materials such as press releases, crisis response plans, media strategies, reactive statements, talking points, FAQs, internal memos, and crisis exercises.
  • Helps track and prioritize emerging client concerns as they arise.
  • Conducts urgent research across diverse topics, synthesizes findings, and produces clear summaries and actionable insights; begins formulating strategic suggestions.
  • Offers input during project planning by drawing on research and understanding of client expectations.
  • Prepares for and engages in client meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of notes, action items, call summaries, and updates to project timelines and status trackers.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and quality standards, serving as an example to peers while maintaining regular progress updates with management.
  • Proactively expands professional knowledge, fosters an inclusive team environment, and exhibits behaviors aligned with organizational integration.
  • Takes part in an on-call rotation outside standard business hours to respond to urgent client needs, including time-sensitive reports, unplanned research requests, and unfolding crisis situations.
