Clarivate is hiring an Associate Content Analyst to join the Web of Science product's Org Masters Team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating high-quality bibliographic data from research papers and documenting workflows to support researchers and innovators globally.
What You'll Do
- Curate information such as author name and affiliation details from peer-reviewed articles.
- Draft documentation relating to organization master workflows and processes.
- Build expertise in organizations and their constituent facts to recommend policies for data quality.
- Connect datasets across Clarivate products to unleash new insights for customers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement required actions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (except Engineering).
- 0-1 year of experience in content operations.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing and data entry skills with good computer literacy.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content operations.
- Advanced MS Office tools knowledge – Excel.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.

You will join a multi-talented and multi-cultural team of 80+ people. The team includes roles such as Senior Content Manager, Team Manager, Content Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Product Owner, Content Specialist and Quality Analyst.
