Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field ( or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 0–3 years of related experience (substation, electrical, or utility construction preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (experience with job cost tracking or estimating software is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow

- Travel required, including extended onsite assignments
- Field environments may include exposure to weather conditions, heavy equipment, and moderate to loud noise levels
