Precision, an integrated strategy and marketing agency, is seeking an Associate, Communications for our Washington, D.C. office. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will assist with client account administration, draft content, conduct research, and manage multiple projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist client leads with administrative components of accounts, including agendas, notes, clips, and project tracking.
- Draft a variety of content such as presentations, emails, reports, and social media content.
- Conduct research and provide creative input to serve as the basis for strategic ideas.
- Assist with business development by researching for proposals and contributing to their drafting.
- Manage multiple projects across different clients and internal teams.
- Develop high-quality communication materials, including media pitches, media lists, press releases, op-eds, and meeting agendas and notes.
- Adhere to company policies regarding in-office time, time sheets, and weekly reports.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a communications role in an in-house, agency, political campaign, government, or consultancy environment. Internship experience will be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- A strong interest in media and corporate, advocacy, and political campaigns.
- Experience in press relations, message development, and strategic planning.
- Creativity, energy, detail-orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Compensation range: $58,500-$60,000
