Responsibilities
- Complete CRM Field Technical Training, including online and hands-on components
- Conduct post-implant checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems
- Support product implants post-implant
- Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed post-implant
- Offer troubleshooting assistance when requested
- Ensure patient registration and hospital documentation completion
- Manage consignment and trunk inventory
- Support additional inventory needs to meet customer demands
- Maintain software on programmers across the district as directed
- Assist with daily coverage logistics
- Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on relevant products or solutions
- Train new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post-implant
- Collaborate with DSM, Sales Representatives, and DM to understand market dynamics and customer needs
- Assist in obtaining customer purchase orders throughout the quarter
- Understand the competitive landscape
- Identify customer needs and opportunities, providing feedback to support sales goals
- Stay informed about new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner
