McKesson Corporation is hiring an Associate Clinical Programs Analyst (12-Month Contract)

About the Role

Supports clinical program functions through data management, process documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze clinical program data to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness
  • Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure program alignment
  • Track program metrics and report findings to supervisors
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and working groups
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure timely submission of required program documentation
  • Assist in managing program timelines and deliverables
  • Help maintain clinical program databases with up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve operational issues
  • Support quality assurance initiatives across programs
  • Contribute to the implementation of new clinical initiatives
  • Review contracts and service agreements for data requirements
  • Facilitate communication between clinical and administrative teams
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
