About the Role
Supports clinical program functions through data management, process documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and improve program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze clinical program data to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure program alignment
- Track program metrics and report findings to supervisors
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and working groups
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure timely submission of required program documentation
- Assist in managing program timelines and deliverables
- Help maintain clinical program databases with up-to-date information
- Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve operational issues
- Support quality assurance initiatives across programs
- Contribute to the implementation of new clinical initiatives
- Review contracts and service agreements for data requirements
- Facilitate communication between clinical and administrative teams
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information
