Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Associate Client Success Manager for our B2B SaaS products, Sidekick and Insight. After a 3-4 month structured onboarding program, you will graduate to a full Client Success Manager role. You will be instrumental in ensuring our rehab therapy clients achieve long-term success by providing expert training, strategic support, and building strong relationships to showcase the value of our products.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, strategic relationships with clients as a supportive partner.
- Drive long-term client loyalty by presenting product information, addressing issues, and helping teams implement premium offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries.
- Gain and apply a strong understanding of therapy business operations to provide expert guidance throughout client onboarding.
- Lead question-and-answer webinars with clinical management and staff.
- Collaborate with the support team on escalated tickets to provide specific client workflows and help manage the support channel.
- Engage with clients considering downgrades or churn to save the relationship and reinforce product value.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Delegate questions appropriately to the Client Experience, Billing Success, and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with team members and management to recommend and implement process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Must have experience working in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
- Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- A passion for understanding and learning new software.
- A clinical background and/or be a licensed rehab therapist.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a live setting with various software.
- Highly motivated to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment, with readiness to work outside normal hours at times.
- Prepared to grow quickly into the role and take on greater responsibilities as the team and customer base expand.
Nice to Have
- Medical billing experience or education.
- Previous SaaS experience.
