Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute components of integrated marketing initiatives with equal focus on planning and delivery
- Communicate regularly with clients and their partners via email and phone
- Create workback plans and manage the development of materials from concept through client approval stages
- Support project coordination, including timeline tracking and task management
- Draft creative and digital media briefs to guide campaign development
- Conduct research and perform audits for existing clients and potential new business opportunities
- Assist in measuring campaign success by supporting metrics collection and results reporting
- Help manage client review workflows, including submissions, referencing, and content uploads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of one year of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within an agency setting
- Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
