Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute components of integrated marketing initiatives with equal focus on planning and delivery
  • Communicate regularly with clients and their partners via email and phone
  • Create workback plans and manage the development of materials from concept through client approval stages
  • Support project coordination, including timeline tracking and task management
  • Draft creative and digital media briefs to guide campaign development
  • Conduct research and perform audits for existing clients and potential new business opportunities
  • Assist in measuring campaign success by supporting metrics collection and results reporting
  • Help manage client review workflows, including submissions, referencing, and content uploads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of one year of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset with creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
