Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Manage design scope to ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme constraints.
- Identify project resourcing needs and engage with relevant team leaders to ensure adequate resource allocation in line with project needs.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations.
- Lead the quality assurance process for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
- Proactively look to improve project delivery through technical design, championing the implementation of standardisation, low carbon design etc.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Work with team management to identify general skillset deficiencies within the wider team and contribute to plans to resolve issues.
- Act as a strong communicator, capable of effectively engaging with multiple project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
- Possess a strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
- Actively embed a safety-first culture within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices.
