Responsibilities
- Collaborate with portfolio businesses to lead consulting-style initiatives across departments such as market entry, pricing, mergers, and product development.
- Design and deploy reusable tools and standardized resources to enhance efficiency across portfolio organizations, including onboarding and budgeting frameworks.
- Work alongside investment teams to support portfolio oversight through financial reporting and strategic assessments.
- Assist company boards in maintaining strong governance by preparing meeting materials and managing board committees.
- Develop internal systems and programs to strengthen organizational capacity, such as managing external partner networks and coordinating investor events.

Reports directly to a Partner focused on portfolio value creation; collaborates across portfolio companies and senior leadership.
