Delek US Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Associate Business Operations Analyst to join a team that values versatility, growth, and teamwork. What You'll Do
- Prepare operations analyses, including competitor analysis, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop process analyses, designs, and simulations.
- Provide statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials for electric and/or gas operations.
- Perform analyses of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard as needed.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on performance regarding operations KPIs to field and leadership teams.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Support the Business Intelligence team with forecasting, updating BI reports, and data modeling as needed.
- Create and present data-based business recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with business partners across the company to support larger projects and ad hoc requests.

- A 4-year / Bachelor's Degree.
