Responsibilities
- Conducts operational assessments, evaluating competitor activity, efficiency, and capacity use, and suggests performance improvements.
- Creates process evaluations, workflows, and simulation models.
- Delivers statistical insights to optimize workforce, equipment, and material usage in energy operations.
- Analyzes cost components of operations to support efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitors and maintains up-to-date business scorecard metrics.
- Delivers regular performance updates on operational KPIs to field and executive teams.
- Assists in the annual budget development cycle.
- Collaborates with the Business Intelligence team on forecasting, report updates, and data modeling tasks.
- Presents data-driven business insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Works cross-functionally with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc needs.
