Represent employees whose legal rights have been violated by former employers, advocating in cases involving unlawful dismissal, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. This role focuses on enforcing compliance with both state and federal labor protections, ensuring workers receive fair treatment and just compensation.
What You'll Do
- Handle cases involving wrongful termination, pursuing legal remedies for employees dismissed in violation of employment laws
- Investigate and litigate wage and hour disputes, including unpaid overtime and minimum wage violations
- Advocate for individuals facing unlawful workplace discrimination based on protected categories
- Support clients who have experienced sexual harassment or retaliation for reporting misconduct
- Build strong legal arguments and represent clients through settlement negotiations or in court
Requirements
Applicants must be an active member in good standing of the California State Bar. The position is open to attorneys at all stages of their careers, from recent graduates to experienced practitioners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background or demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
- Entry-level candidates are welcome and will receive comprehensive training
- Mid-level attorneys with 3–5 years of experience, as well as senior associates, are encouraged to apply
