About the Role

Drive regional performance by advancing pharmaceutical product visibility and adoption within healthcare institutions. This role focuses on expanding market presence through structured outreach, relationship development, and data-informed planning. You'll ensure alignment with company objectives while maintaining ethical standards and professional conduct in all field activities.

What You'll Do

Design and execute visit plans for healthcare facilities according to defined coverage and frequency standards. Deliver clear, accurate product information using approved materials, respond to inquiries, and address concerns from medical professionals. Monitor inventory levels and procurement patterns to prevent stock shortages and minimize product expiration.

Identify opportunities for market expansion and contribute to the implementation of new product launches. Organize and support scientific events that align with promotional strategies. Collect and maintain detailed institutional data to guide planning and improve outreach effectiveness. Regularly analyze regional performance metrics to prioritize high-potential areas.

Stay current with therapeutic developments, product updates, and competitor offerings. Share timely information on pricing, supply, and product availability with healthcare providers. Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support hospital tenders and formulary inclusion processes. Report competitive intelligence and recommend responsive actions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2–3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative
  • Strong understanding of healthcare institution operations
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and build professional relationships
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to compliance with SOPs, financial policies, and ethical guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline
  • Background with multinational pharmaceutical organizations
  • Experience in strategic planning, revenue growth, and team collaboration
