Your Role
The Associate Attorney (Commercial) will support the daily operations, projects, and initiatives of the VS&Co Commercial Legal team. Reporting to the Vice President, Legal, the Associate Attorney will assist with a variety of transactional matters related to the Victoria’s Secret business. The Associate Attorney will work closely with other members of the Commercial Legal team, as well as other members of the broader Legal team and business partners throughout the organization, including members of the Technology, Digital, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Human Resources teams, as well as outside counsel.

Your Impact
Under the supervision of senior counsel, assist with research, review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements and statements of work (including amendments) related to marketing, digital operations, public relations, meetings and events, technology, software licensing, logistics, and consulting
Demonstrate proficiency in commercial contracting principles, requirements, and processes
Identify legal and business risks, recommend preferred negotiation positions, and escalate to senior counsel when appropriate
Support contract lifecycle management processes, including template development and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner and collaborate with in-house counsel across all practice areas to identify contractual issues
Support departmental leaders with special projects
